Up and running before lunch.
No contractor, no all-day project. Just a drill, a little muscle, and about an hour of your Saturday.
-
1
Set the post
Two ways, your call: slide it over a wooden 4x4 set in the ground, or bolt it straight to concrete through the four holes in the base.
-
2
Mount the mailbox
Bolt the mailbox to the post with the included hardware — a drill and a wrench is all it takes.
-
3
Snap on your numbers
The 4-inch address numbers are magnetic — press them into place, step back, and admire the new curb appeal.
Heads up: The Malone ships in two boxes, mailbox and post, and they occasionally arrive a day apart. Full step-by-step instructions and the install video are at postandporch.com/installation.
Make it match the house, not just the mail.
Five powder-coated finishes, three color-series options, and a straightforward bundle — so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Zero-surprise answers.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship in 3–7 days from our shop in Woods Cross, Utah. Current ship window is shown at checkout, and you’ll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.
I already have a post — do I need the bundle?
Our post slides over a wooden 4x4 or bolts to concrete, so most people install it fresh. If you want to keep a mailbox post from another brand, the $40 mailbox bracket adapter lets The Malone mount to it. A wall-mounted version is also available if you’d rather skip the post entirely.
Are the house numbers included?
Not in the base mailbox price. The 4-inch address numbers are magnetic, anodized aluminum, and $13 per number — snap them on, no tools needed.
Can I lock it?
Yes. Add the locking mechanism for $30 at checkout for extra peace of mind on mail and small packages.
What if I don’t love it?
Free 30-day exchanges. If the color or size isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Who actually makes this?
A small team in Woods Cross, Utah, founded by Danny & Veronica. Every Malone is hand-finished in our own warehouse — not drop-shipped from a catalog.
