1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Post & Porch $5,000 Home Upgrade Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins October 6, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends November 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (the “Giveaway Period”).

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

2. SPONSOR

The Giveaway is sponsored by Post & Porch (“Sponsor”), 1273 S. 1800 W., Unit 1, Woods Cross, UT 84010.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-nine (49) United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, Canada, and all other jurisdictions are not eligible.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, prize providers, and any individuals or entities involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Giveaway, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings, regardless of where they reside.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible entrants may participate during the Giveaway Period using any of the following methods.

A. FREE ONLINE ENTRY

No purchase is necessary.

Complete and submit the official free-entry form during the Giveaway Period. A valid free-entry submission will receive one hundred (100) entries into the Giveaway.

No purchase, payment information, proof of purchase, account creation, or marketing subscription is required to use the free-entry method.

Marketing consent, if offered, is optional and does not affect eligibility or entry into the Giveaway.

B. QUALIFYING PURCHASE

Eligible purchases of $100 USD or more made through Post & Porch during the Giveaway Period qualify for purchase entries.

Once the $100 qualifying threshold is met, the purchaser will receive one (1) Giveaway entry for each $1 USD spent on the qualifying purchase.

Purchase entries are associated with the eligible purchaser and not with the recipient of a gift.

Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the qualifying purchase amount or entry calculation.

C. FEATURED 2X ENTRY BUNDLES

Qualifying featured bundles identified by Post & Porch as eligible for 2X entries during the Giveaway Period will receive two (2) entries for each $1 USD spent on the qualifying bundle.

The applicable 2X entry offer must be displayed in connection with the qualifying bundle at the time of purchase.

D. PRODUCT REVIEW

An eligible entrant who submits an honest product review through Post & Porch during the Giveaway Period will receive one hundred (100) entries.

Reviews must reflect the entrant’s genuine experience with the product. The content or sentiment of a review, whether positive or negative, will not affect eligibility for entries.

5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway.

Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. Entries generated through fraudulent, automated, deceptive, or otherwise improper means may be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any entry, purchase, bundle, or review before the drawing.

All valid entries, regardless of entry method, will be included in the same random drawing and will carry equal weight on a per-entry basis.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a prize with a total value of $5,000 USD.

The winner may elect to receive either:

(a) a $5,000 USD gift card to an eligible big-box home improvement retailer offered by Sponsor; or

(b) a $5,000 USD cash prize.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $5,000 USD.

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

No payment to Post & Porch is required to claim the prize.

The prize may not be transferred or assigned before award. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, subject to applicable law.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing will take place on or about November 22, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of valid entries held by each entrant.

Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration of the Giveaway and selection of the potential winner are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the contact information associated with the winning entry.

Post & Porch’s founder also intends to personally call the potential winner with the good news.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification and complete any reasonably required eligibility, identity, and tax documentation.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required verification, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The prize will be awarded only after the potential winner has been successfully verified.

9. WINNER VERIFICATION

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of age and residency and to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation, and, where permitted by law, a publicity release.

The potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor has completed verification and confirmed eligibility.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the verified winner by name and city/state where permitted by law.

10. ENTRY ADMINISTRATION

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate and reject entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, manipulated, automated, duplicated in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible.

If a qualifying purchase is canceled, reversed, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise determined not to constitute a valid transaction, associated purchase entries may be deemed ineligible.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or otherwise unsuccessful entries caused by technical, network, website, email, or other failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

11. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR CANCELLATION

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled end of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor may select a winner from among eligible entries received before the termination, where lawful and appropriate.

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and other parties involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Giveaway from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

13. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements regarding the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

14. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize, and otherwise operate the promotion.

Any optional consent to receive Post & Porch marketing communications is separate from entry into the Giveaway. Declining marketing communications or later unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Post & Porch’s privacy practices.

15. DISPUTES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. WINNER INFORMATION

Where required by law, requests for the name of the verified winner may be submitted within ninety (90) days after the Giveaway Period ends by writing to:

17. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The Giveaway is sponsored solely by Post & Porch.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

Any third-party retailer whose gift card may be selected as a prize is not a sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway and is not affiliated with the Giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise.
