You can expect your Post & Porch modern mailbox to ship within 7-21 business days from the date you placed the order. Our 21-day window is because you purchased a fully custom mailbox – congrats! This means that every personalized order is made by hand in our small warehouse right here in Utah, USA. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your custom mailbox is crafted and shipped.

Some good-to-knows about Post & Porch's shipping policy:

• Business days don't include weekends or holidays
• The 21 business days are production time, not transit time
• Tracking may take 24-48 hours to fully update
• Customers need to double-check their shipping address before placing their order
• Post & Porch is not responsible for carrier delays once the order leaves the warehouse
• Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs are calculated separately or may require an extra fee
• PO boxes aren't accepted because FedEx needs a physical address
